Twinlite announce completion of One Three North

July 1st, 2020 – Dublin, Ireland

Twinlite are delighted to announce today the completion of One Three North, a private rental sector development consisting of 376 apartments with a gross internal area of over 400,000 square feet.

Completed end-to-end in just 20 months, One Three North relied heavily Twinlite’s just-in-time construction methods as well as tight integration between the construction and asset management teams.

Twinlite’s digital rental platform, Vesta, now manages the project on behalf of its owner/investor with lease-up expected to take 6 months.
