Work Progressing at Ludford Grove
The recent let up in the weather has given the guys on site an opportunity to catch up, and they haven’t squandered it. We hope to start roofing No 1 next week, with No’s 2-4 following slightly behind that. Back on track for June/July completion. Look at that brick! Beautiful!

Ludford Grove
We’re happy to announce that we’ve started construction on Ludford Grove in Ballinteer. Currently targeting completion in September 2014 (all going well). These new A rated homes will be released for sale shortly so watch this space! We’ll also add some photos during the build process.
Ludford Road planning granted
Happy to announce we received a final grant of planning permission for 5 houses off Ludford Road in Dublin 14 on the 31st of October. We’re finalising planning requirements before going on site very shortly and will hopefully have the homes on the market in the spring. Until then, check out the CGI’s:

Ludford Road
It may be really small (5 homes) but we’re really excited about this development. We’re expecting planning permission sometime this year (hopefully!) and then we’ll crack straight into this one. Really nice sized homes in a lovely area (nice neighbours too!).
